ACSA Swim is Hiring Learn to Swim Instructors!

We offer a wide range of swimming programs for students and the wider community, including our structured Learn to Swim (LTS) Program. This program focuses on essential water safety skills and swimming techniques for learners of all ages. Learning to swim is a vital lifelong skill and provides a solid foundation for participation in aquatic sports.

All our classes are delivered in purpose-built teaching pools that are safe, comfortable, and ideal for instruction.

We’re Looking for Someone Like You: We are seeking swim instructors who are proactive, passionate, caring, and responsible. You should be a good communicator, work well with children and families, and align with the values of our team and swim school community.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver swimming lessons (individual and group) in line with ACSA Swim’s teaching framework.

Adapt lessons to suit individual learning needs.

Set up and pack down equipment before and after classes.

Create a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment.
