We are seeking swim instructors who are proactive, passionate, caring, and responsible. You should be a good communicator, work well with children and families, and align with the values of our team and swim school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver swimming lessons (individual and group) in line with ACSA Swim’s teaching framework.
• Adapt lessons to suit individual learning needs.
• Set up and pack down equipment before and after classes.
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment.
• Keep attendance and student progress records when required.
• Participate in staff training and team events.
• Maintain professional communication with students, parents, and team members.
• Perform other duties as required.
