Seattle Reign FC is seeking a highly organized, service-driven Team Administrator to support first team travel, matchday operations, and the seamless delivery of daily team logistics across every environment in which the club trains and competes.

This role is ideal for an operational anchor — someone who thrives behind the scenes, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes deep pride in delivering an exceptional, professional experience for players and staff. The Team Administrator brings a hospitality mindset, extraordinary attention to detail, calm judgment under pressure, and clear, tactful communication.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sporting Operations (Reign), this position serves as a trusted operational partner and key point of connection across players, technical staff, club departments, vendors, and league partners. The work is fast-paced, highly visible in its outcomes, and essential to creating a consistently world-class team environment.
