Ticket Office Representative is a part-time seasonal position. Representatives are dedicated to the efficient servicing of customers through walk up ticket sales and ticket help.  Ticket Office Representatives are expected to exhibit professionalism while interacting with personnel at all levels of the Nashville Sounds Baseball Club, Event Staff, and First Horizon Park guests. This position is also responsible for handling general customer service inquiries regarding policies, ballpark events, promotions and pricing.
