As a Ticket Operations Coordinator Intern, you will support all IMS Ticket Office operations for major events, including the INDYCAR Grand Prix, Indianapolis 500, Brickyard Weekend, and other ticket-related events.

In this role, you’ll be an important part of delivering top-tier experiences to fans, partners, and teams across the motorsports world. You’ll take ownership of key responsibilities, collaborate across departments, and bring energy and innovation to a fast-paced environment. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

• Provide all guests with a positive first impression of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway by offering superior, individualized guest service. 
• Communicate effectively with guests via telephone, face-to-face and email to establish their needs efficiently and provide accurate information regarding all IMS events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
