Works closely with Director of Ticket Operations & Data Analytics and the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations
Provide the highest level of service, ensuring all issues are resolved in an efficient and accurate manner.
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of Orange County Soccer Club.
Assist in data collection and organization.
Assist in overseeing segmentation and code tracking.
Assist in the oversight of the Kid’s Club.
Assist sales team with customer service needs and requests
This position is fully remote and will require 20-40 hours per week. Starting in May 2026.
Other duties as assigned.
