The Akron RubberDucks (Double-A Affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians) is seeking a highly skilled Ticket Operations Manager to join our team.  This role ensures accurate ticket inventory, smooth transaction processing, and an excellent fan experience at the point of purchase, while supporting the broader ticket sales team with reporting, pricing, and system administration.

This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and fan-focused ticketing experience, including managing ticket inventory, executing sales plans, maintaining the ticketing platform, and generating detailed reports for internal departments.  He/She is expected to work with the other members of the sales staff to generate new leads and research innovative ways to sell tickets and maintain a database of all current and potential accounts.  This position will report directly to the AGM/VP of Sales.
