We are seeking a detail-oriented, operations-focused professional to manage Ticket Operations for the Cosmic Baseball national tour, and the home Chili Peppers Games. This new role requires becoming an expert of our ticketing system, and being able to problem solve, and evolve the system to meet current and future needs.  A strong partnership with our ticket system company, and the Chili Peppers Sales Team are critical components to this position.

• Ownership of the design of the ticket buying experience
• Manage data analysis associated with ticketing
• Lead key ticket conversion function for our Cosmic Baseball national tour 
• Design and growth of ticket reporting
• Partnering with the ticketing system company to design solutions for innovation and existing opportunities
• Partnering with Marketing and Sales to coordinate on sale activity
• Manage front gate experience for live events
