The Ticket Partnership Manager is a full-time position, with benefits, and will be a part of the Chattanooga Lookouts ticket sales team. This person will sell a full menu of ticket inventory with a focus on group sales. They will renew, prospect, sell, build relationships, and provide excellent customer service. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Make outbound phone calls each day.
• Generate new ticket revenue through the sale of hospitality spaces, group tickets, picnics and luxury suite rentals.  
• Develop new business and maintain renewals via phone, digital and in-person appointments.
• Prospect companies, businesses, organizations, and individuals for ticketing opportunities. 
• Utilize the CRM System (Salesforce) to properly track and contact prospects and clients.
• Use the Ticket System (Tickets.com) to handle all components of ticketed events.
• Work all Lookouts games as well as non-game day events as needed.
