The Ticket Resolutions Specialist position is part of the fast-paced and exciting game day operations team within the Guest Experience Department of the Jacksonville Jaguars. As a Ticket Resolutions Specialist, you will work to assist fans in the comprehensive ticketing experience at EverBank Stadium. Qualified individuals must be highly motivated with a passion to provide an excellent level of customer service to every fan being served. Individuals should be detail-oriented and possess both a technologically savvy and problem-solving mindset. The Ticket Resolutions Specialist position is a part-time game day position and Specialists will report to the Director of Guest Experience. 

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to each guest entering and leaving EverBank Stadium through utilization of the WAVE service philosophy
• Engage with guests and serve as the departments first level of support regarding mobile ticketing and admission into the EverBank Stadium on game days and special events
• Provide answers to frequently asked and unique mobile ticketing questions in a fast-paced environment
• Assist guest with day of game purchasing of Jaguars tickets via online methods
