The Trainer and Education (T&E) Manager at USA Rugby is a key strategic and administrative role responsible for the development, delivery, and support of national community coaching and referee education initiatives. Working in close collaboration with the Senior Club, College, and Youth & High School councils, this position aligns the needs of the community with USA Rugby’s national strategy—without serving as an overseer of the councils.

This role leads the charge in improving the quality and accessibility of coach and referee development for community members, while also managing the day-to-day administration, systems, and logistics that power the educational experience. It is both a high-level leadership and operational role with significant responsibility and cross-functional interaction.

Success in this position will directly contribute to USA Rugby’s targets for membership growth, improved retention, and the professionalization of rugby education nationwide.
