Player 15 Group is seeking a Training Design Specialist to help in enhancing a company's productivity and efficiency by helping to support leadership and develop programs, trainings and experiential learning programs.  This role will be responsible for is responsible for developing high-quality learning experiences that support organizational goals and enhance team member performance. This role focuses on instructional design, curriculum development, and the creation of engaging digital and instructor-led training solutions. The Training Design Specialist partners closely with subject-matter experts, learning leaders, and operational stakeholders to ensure training materials are accurate, impactful, and aligned with business needs.

They will help with both the design and execution of key projects related to leadership development, organizational development, and continuous improvement. They identify areas for improvement, help support strategic initiatives. Collaborating with leadership and various departments, they facilitate change management and employee engagement programs to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
