We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Baseball Coach to support our summer middle school + HS age showcase teams. The Baseball Coach will assist with player development, practice planning, game preparation, in-game strategy, and team leadership. This role is vital in promoting strong fundamentals, competitive performance, sportsmanship, and a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading practices, workouts, and pre-game preparation.
• Provide instruction in baseball fundamentals, including hitting, fielding, throwing, base running, and situational play.
• Support game-day coaching responsibilities, including lineup preparation, substitutions, and in-game strategy.
• Promote player development, accountability, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Communicate effectively with players, coaching staff, front office staff, and team leadership.
