Virginia Revolution Soccer Club is seeking part-time youth coaches who are passionate about developing young players and creating a positive learning environment. This role is not managing professional or senior-level teams.

This position is ideal for coaches who enjoy working with youth players (primarily ages 9–18) and want to make a meaningful impact through guided, structured coaching sessions within a supportive club setting.

Responsibilities

• Coach youth players (primarily ages 9–18) during scheduled training sessions and matches
• Deliver sessions using the Virginia Revolution SC club curriculum and coaching methodology
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for learning and development
