The Houston Rockets are looking for energetic, engaging, and outgoing individuals to join our new Upper-Level Engagement Team, dedicated to enhancing the fan experience in the upper concourse during home games. This team will play a key role in boosting crowd energy, building home court advantage, and creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

• Demonstrates our One Team philosophy of Passion, Accountability, Customer Focus, and Teamwork.
• Create meaningful and positive interactions with upper-level fans throughout the game
• Lead cheers, chants and call-and-response prompts to energize fans and boost crowd engagement
• Distribute promotional items and participate in activations like t-shirt tosses, prize giveaways, and in-stand contests
