We are seeking Seasonal Facility Operations Administrative Assistant team members to play an essential role in the US Open experience.  In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the maintenance and engineering departments.

The Role

• Greet and assist all staff and guests in a welcoming and friendly manner
• Report unattended bags and packages, medical situations, incidents, or emergencies immediately to the command center
• Provide administrative support to the maintenance and engineering departments
• Answer, screen, and direct Facility Operations Department telephone calls 
• Keep office and equipment organized
