
Venue Transport Manager, Vancouver - FIFA World Cup 2026
Reporting organizationally to the Senior Manager Transport in Canada, the Venue Transport Manager will be a key member of the FIFA26 Transport team, and work in close collaboration with the FIFA26 Operational Services team. The Venue Transport Manager is responsible for the conceptual and operational planning as well as overseeing all transportation operations rendered to FIFA Client Groups on the official FIFA World Cup 2026 Venues, Sites and Facilities (including but not limited to training sites, stadiums, hotels, etc.). This position is also responsible to build, train and motivate the venue operations team of paid staff, contractors and volunteers, during the FWC 2026 project. The successful candidate is expected to be a self-starter and multitasker who works well under pressure and follows through on tasks.
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Venue Transport Manager for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
- Support management in ensuring cost effective and efficient venue transport operations for FIFA Client Groups and their transport to stadiums as well as other official FIFA venues including (PMA’s, Match Officials, FIFA Delegates, Workforce, Airport Arrivals & Departures, Commercial Affiliates, Hospitality, Fleets, and Venue Parking).
