Gotham FC is seeking a Vice President of Facilities and Operations who will report to the Chief Operating Officer with an indirect line to the General Manager. The successful candidate will have experience in facility operations and project management and exceptional attention to detail. They will have a passion for women’s sports and/or soccer, ability to work non-traditional hours, live in NJ/NY. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, execution, and continued operation and innovation of the Gotham Performance Facilities to create and maintain a world class, high performance environment
• Serve as the senior leader accountable for vendor and contractor performance, defining goals and KPIs and collaborating closely with Sporting Operations to drive alignment, accountability, and results.
• Oversee facility operations, security and grounds team of the performance facility
• Lead and drive projects to completion as directed by the COO and General Manager, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless communication to meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals.
