Overtime is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Editor to collaborate and help grow our diverse content team in Atlanta. The Editor will be responsible for high-quality content creation and editing for all Overtime leagues (OTE, OT7, OT Select). We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, retention, audience behavior, and how to make our audience actually want to watch. The individual should be a passionate storyteller highly adept at long and short-form production.

• Lead the editing process from rough cut to final delivery, (including color grading, sound mixing, and graphics) 
• Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and general video editing software to work on a video
• Stay current with editing styles, creator trends, sports content, challenge formats, and Youtube platform changes
• Ensure all videos meet Overtime standards and are optimized for engagement
