You are a strong communicator, able to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service across varied audiences.

You are organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You enjoy creating resources and coordinating training that empowers others.

What will you be doing?

• Lead the delivery of volunteer support across British Cycling’s participation programmes, ensuring a high-quality experience for all volunteers.
• Develop and implement initiatives to recruit, retain, and recognise volunteers, with a focus on inclusion and diversity.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to volunteers.
• Contribute to the development of digital tools and platforms that enhance volunteer engagement and experience.
