The Product Movement (PDMV) Senior Lead plays a key role in executing daily warehouse operations and leading team members in the efficient movement, storage, and replenishment of product. This role is responsible for ensuring work is performed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining high engagement and quality standards. The Senior Lead acts as a hands-on leader, providing guidance, coaching, and support to both full-time and seasonal employees, while serving as a backup to the PDMV Manager as needed. Performance will be reviewed annually against established metrics and KPIs to support growth, development, and continued success in the role.
