Sport is a much-loved aspect of Claremont life, and we offer many sports for pupils to take part in whether it is for fun, fitness or to represent the school. Our sports department encourages participation, enjoyment of sport and places emphasis on the relevance of a healthy lifestyle in relation to their everyday lives.

We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate sports assistant to join the sports department and support the delivery of football, rugby and cricket across the whole school. You will lead teams and assist during games lessons and fixtures, which include Saturday mornings. We are looking for someone who is confident in these sports either with previous coaching experience or playing to a high standard. The candidate should also be comfortable refereeing and umpiring in our other sports (netball, lacrosse and athletics), demonstrate a fun, creative and adaptable approach, and be a sporting role model to all pupils.
This role would suit a recent graduate from a sports related discipline and is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience in the field of sport. It would be ideal for someone who may be considering a career in sport or education.
