PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES, SUPERVISION AND REPORTING

To work with the Head Coach on the preparation, coaching and team performance of the USA Field Hockey Women’s National Team (WNT) both in their centralized training venue at UNC Charlotte and on tours and tournaments.

Lead the video capture and analysis of the WNT team and opposition

To be responsible for upholding a high-performance culture and standards within the WNT program

To contribute to the longer-term development of the Women’s Senior and performance programs and support junior coaching staff and analysts as required by the WNT Head Coach.
