The Women & Girls ACE Development Coach will be at the forefront of developing cricket opportunities for women and girls in the West Midlands. The Coach holds a significant opportunity to play a positive role in increasing the participation levels of cricket amongst this demographic.

The primary responsibilities include acting as a brand ambassador for ACE and the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation (WCF), engaging with communities to enrich the lives of young people through cricket, and actively supporting player development within the Warwickshire pathway. This role requires a passionate individual with a strong desire to make a difference and a commitment to fostering inclusivity and growth within the cricketing community.
