The goal of the Tennis Women and Girls Strategy is to improve access and opportunities for women and girls in tennis to achieve gender equality in the sport. To achieve this goal, we are looking for a Women and Girls Coordinator - Coach to join our team on a part-time fixed-term basis until June 2025.

As the Women and Girls Coordinator - Coach you will support the implementation of the strategy across Coaching nationally. The role will work with the Women & Girls and Coach Development staff to co-ordinate tailored Women and Girls programs and initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire women and girls to lead and play tennis!

About the role

In this role you will:

• Coordinate the national schedule for Coach Connect activities in collaboration with the Coach Development team, including professional development opportunities and networking events
• Facilitate the delivery of all Coach Connect events, including the Summer of Tennis series
• Support the administration and reporting for the President's Women in Tennis Scholarship program
