Driving Women & Girls’ Participation Growth

Lead the implementation of Cricket Wales’ Women & Girls’ Cricket Strategy, ensuring growth at all levels of the game.
Work with clubs, leagues, and schools to increase participation opportunities and remove barriers to entry.
Support and develop female-focused programs, such as softball and hardball cricket formats, to encourage long-term engagement.
Developing Leaders & Role Models
Identify, mentor, and develop female coaches, umpires, and administrators to create a strong leadership pathway.
Lead on coach and volunteer development programs specific to women and girls’ cricket.
Work with existing and emerging female role models to inspire the next generation of players and leaders.
