Roles and Responsibilities

To lead the coaching team responsible for the Wasps FC Women’s Rugby
Plan the coaching programme for the season.
Plan, prepare and deliver individual coaching sessions for the squad. Currently Wednesday evening 19:30-21:00
Ensure that all sessions are designed to develop the skills and understanding of the players in your squad in a challenging and nurturing environment.
Evaluate all coaching sessions and games with the coaching team and players.
Attend all coaching sessions, matches. There is approx. 20 matches a season that are usually played Sunday afternoon.
Assess and monitor players' & assistant coaches progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
