NDGC is looking for motivated, caring and hardworking Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) Coaches that will thrive working in a team environment across our State and National Levels streams.

Coaches will be responsible for coaching in our WAG competitive program (up to level 7 ALP), providing instruction to members in accordance with club and industry policies, procedures, programs and guidelines. The Coaches are also required to:

• Provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment that places the health, welfare and wellbeing of children above all else
• Prepare annual, term and weekly coaching plans
• Prepare, implement and evaluate quality and challenging lessons to best prepare athletes for attendance at competitions
• Adhere to the NDGC Child Safety Policy Framework and Gymnastics Australia Child Safeguarding Policies
• Build positive relationships with gymnasts and their parents/guardians
• Work up to five days per week, including weekend work
