Based at the Training Ground in Hurworth, Darlington, the Goalkeeper Coach is responsible for the technical, tactical, and psychological development of all goalkeepers at Middlesbrough FC Women.

This includes planning and delivering specialist sessions and ensuring seamless integration of goalkeepers into the wider team environment.

THE ROLE:
Deliver tailored goalkeeping sessions
Analyse match footage to provide technical feedback and identify development areas
Support matchday preparation and warm-ups for all goalkeepers
Maintain regular communication with the Head Coach regarding performance, readiness, and availability
