ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Oversee Youth Academy Training days and assist with field set-up and field care
• Serve as onsite point of contact for Youth Academy events
• Oversee gameday operations of RBI league play at the Rangers Youth Academy
• Understanding of the policies and rules of high school baseball and softball. Experience running youth baseball tournaments and/or camps preferred
• Proactively communicate with coaches and staff to resolve any issues that may emerge before, during, or after events at the facility
• Meet with each team’s coach and umpires as needed prior to games
