Derby County are seeking to recruit a part-time Youth Development Phase Coach to join the Academy Coaching at Moor Farm Training Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Youth Development Phase (U12–U16) in meeting the targets outlined in the Academy Performance Plan, Academy Playing & Coaching Philosophy, and Academy Values. The Candidate will also assist in delivering the coaching programme within the Youth Development Phase and contribute to the effective running of the Youth Development Phase Day Release programme whilst promoting the holistic development of players, ensuring their individual needs are met in line with their Individual Development Plans and model and uphold exemplary practice that reflects the DCFC Academy values for both players and staff across the phase
