Have experience playing ultimate frisbee recreationally or competitively and have a passion for the game.
Are knowledgeable about the skills and tactics of ultimate or the ability to learn them quickly 
Can communicate with players, parents, and program coordinators in a positive manner.
Have good character and act as a positive role model.
Description:
1. Direct, supervise, and organize participants within activities and throughout the program in order to meet the intended camper outcomes.

• Apply energy and fun in working with participants through communication, relationship development, respect for diversity, involvement, and empowerment of youth.
• Ensure participants are always properly supervised.
• Be aware of and implement safety guidelines.
