The Utah Mammoth Practice Facility Adult Programs Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, marketing, communicating (both internally and externally), and fully implementing all adult hockey programs hosted at the Utah Mammoth practice facility.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direction of the Utah Mammoth Practice Facility Programs Manager, the Adult Programs Coordinator will assist with and coordinate the following:

• Adult League.
• Adult focused Camps & Clinics.
• 1-2 Annual Tournaments
• Industry Growth Fund (IGF) initiatives and programs.
• All existing programming, as well as any and all new programming that may be developed and/or administered by the Youth Programs Department.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all IGF requirements and standards, as well as any and all sponsor requirements and standards.
• Ordering sufficient quantities of coaching and playing materials or other promotional items/equipment, as approved by your Director, and as necessary in order to implement each of the above programs.
• Ensuring sufficient staffing for all UMPF programs events including participating in such events as an instructor.
• Other duties, projects, and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Hockey Programming Manager.
