The Minnesota Frost of the PWHL is seeking an Assistant Coach. The Assistant Coach plays a vital role in supporting the Head Coach in all aspects of team preparation, development and execution. This position is focused on enhancing player performance, supporting a high-performance culture, and contributing to the overall success of the team both on and off the ice. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for player development, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to help execute the team’s vision and values.
