The Minot Minotauros are looking to add an Operations Interns for the 2025-26 North American Hockey League (NAHL) season.   The intern will work with and learn from our current business operations staff on everything that goes into game operations and partnership fulfillment.  Last season we sold out 21 of our 28 regular season home games and led the NAHL Central Division in attendance.  Next season we aim to sell out all 28 home games for the first time ever.
Skills/Tasks the Intern Will Develop

• Managing Current Season Ticket Holder Relationships (no sales) and Working with a Ticketing System
• Marketing Planning and Execution
• Sales Planning and Prospective Partner Development (no direct sales, supporting current sales team)
• Merchandise Design/Inventory Scheduling
• Media Planning and Scheduling
