The Club Director, TAV Alliance will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the club with a focus on strategic growth and retention of all coaches and players. The position will have a strong financial responsibility to meet or exceed revenue and expense targets on an annual basis while working to promote and lead the newest branch of TAV volleyball in the Northlake area. This position is not eligible for remote work. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Oversee all aspects of operating the TAV Alliance Volleyball club including, but not limited to, budgeting, monthly financial reporting, recruiting and managing coaches, player recruiting, etc.
•  Oversee and direct all communication with players, parents, and coaches
•  Create all practice schedules in conjunction with the facility’s GM and/or AGM
•  Manage player registrations, organize rosters, and assign check in responsibilities for all TAV Alliance tournaments
