The Conversion Crew Lead is responsible for leading contracted labor in changeovers of the building. Types of changeovers include installation and removal of basketball floor, ice decking, stages, chairs, retractable seating, furniture… This position will help the Conversion Manager and Conversion Assistant in overseeing the conversion task list as well as the contracted labor crew. This is a part time, max 30-hour/week position. Work shifts are typically in the overnight hours.
