The Coordinator, Outreach serves as the lead program coordinator to drive impact and purpose in our community and introduce our brand to new and diverse audiences. The Coordinator, Outreach will support and execute community initiatives and coordinate events and programs with external partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

Annual Planning, Goalsetting, and Progress Monitoring:

• Builds goals and sets execution strategy for programs across all of our Outreach initiatives
• Manages processes and communicates feedback from our community partners in our Outreach work, specifically to enhance broad engagement across our fan stakeholder wheel
• Evaluates and measures success of each program in execution and long-term evaluation processes, scaffolding to the Manager, Programs and Executive Director
