The Corporate Paralegal provides comprehensive legal and operational support to the Sports Division Legal Department and plays a key role in managing the day-to-day legal needs of the business. The position is responsible for managing routine contract matters and legal workflows, maintaining legal and contract management systems, supporting litigation, claims and subpoena responses, and providing general legal support. This role collaborates closely with in-house counsel, business teams, and outside counsel to efficiently manage legal matters and support the operations of the business.
Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and manage form agreements and other legal documents under attorney supervision, including premium seating agreements, NDAs, sweepstakes and contest rules, commission agreements, and other form agreements.
• Manage routine contract matters from intake through execution, including coordinating internal review and approvals, communicating with business stakeholders, tracking status, facilitating signatures, and maintaining executed agreements.
