Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Position Overview
The Deputy Director, Junior Sharks Operations is responsible for managing and executing both hockey and business operations for the Junior Sharks Hockey Program. This position plays a key role in strategic planning, program execution, and long-term player development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Director, Sharks Ice Hockey Operations, and Director, Junior Sharks with annual budget preparation that aligns with company strategy
• Oversee ice scheduling for the Junior Sharks program.
•  Develop and implement on-ice and off-ice clinics and skill development curriculum.
• Support coaching education and curriculum, in collaboration with the Deputy Director of Development & Girls/Women's Hockey.
