The role is part time / flexible and equates to 0.5 of a full-time role.

You will play a key role in translating our high-level commitment to be an accessible, diverse and inclusive sport through an unrelenting focus on delivery of our roadmap and medium and long term goals. The successful candidate will lead collaboratively to ensure that we tackle inequalities, deliver on actions we have committed to and identify actions required for areas of further improvement. The successful candidate will understand the inequalities landscape, particularly in the wider sporting sector and possess the drive and leadership to help us achieve this ambition and deliver change.

As a national governing body of sport, British Water Ski & Wakeboard (BWSW) has always had a very strong sense of purpose as an organisation and has a very broad sense as to who we are and what we do. We play a unique role in a dynamic outdoor sporting landscape and for 75 years have innovatively helped to support and develop the sport into the rich multi-discipline offering that it represents today.
