Director/Manager, Group and Ticket Sales, St. Louis Blues The St. Louis Blues Hockey Club, Enterprise Center and Stifel Theatre seek a passionate, self-starter for the role of Director/Manager, Group and Ticket Sales. This position is primarily responsible for managing various group and ticket sales initiatives to increase revenue to hit department goals. This position is also responsible for recruiting, training, and developing our new sales team.
Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, training and development of the new sales team.
• Manage and execute sales campaigns to generate ticket revenue. Maximize upsell and upgrade opportunities for the mini plans.
• Conduct bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with the new sales team to monitor growth and provide guidance to maximize individual production.
