The Tri-City Storm are seeking a highly motivated and passionate self-starter to join their sales team. The Director of Ticket Sales and Service will be responsible for prospecting new and existing accounts with the goal of increasing revenue for season / partial season tickets, group tickets, and hospitality packages. This position is a full-time sales position with a competitive base salary and aggressive commission structure.

Specific Duties: (Other duties may be assigned.)

• Solicit ticket sales through telemarketing, e-mail solicitations, and personal networking to companies and individuals.
• Attend any sales training events and participate in all weekly sales meetings.
• Answer incoming phone calls regarding general ticketing information in a professional manner.
• Manage season ticket plan accounts including renewals and processing payments.
• Provide superior level of customer service by engaging in a proactive service plan.
• Prepare personalized promotional / solicitation materials and letters.
