The Director of Ticket Sales will serve as the strategic, revenue-driving, and retention lead for all ticketing initiatives. In this role, you will maximize ticket revenue and sell-thru, provide outstanding service, develop best practices, and provide our fans with first class service. You’ll work side by side with the Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales, as well as the rest of the team here with the Lincoln Stars. 

• Lead all season, group, and single ticket sales and retention efforts to obtain overall revenue and attendance goals for all Ice Box events. Including cold-calling and grass roots marketing, targeting new fans/individuals.
• Establish and implement forward-thinking sales strategies for pricing structure, as well as sales processes, reporting, and presentations .
