The Big Train seeks a highly organized person with strong customer service skills to serve as Food Services Coordinator for the 2026 season:

• Work with the GM and Director of Operations to establish an inventory and par system of items to be used throughout the season. Provide an Inventory report to the GM and Assistant GM after each game.
• Work closely with the GM and Director of Operations to ensure all concession items are entered in the POS system. Train interns and staff on the using the POS System.
• Coordinate all picnics with the Picnic Coordinator to ensure all necessary food is prepared and provided in a timely fashion.
• Supervise all F&B Interns/staff in the concession stand on game nights to ensure a great guest experience. Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner to avoid long lines and is prepared as needed based on consumption.
