The Maryland Black Bears hockey team of the NAHL seek energetic, hardworking, and motivated individuals responsible for aspects of day-to-day business and game day operations that incorporate all marketing assets controlled by the team. These assets include, but are not limited to, traditional signage, hospitality, social media, promotional giveaways, experiential opportunities, community platforms and special events.

On Game Days, this person will ensure smooth execution of operation plan, staffing volunteers and predetermined paid contractors to ensure games run smoothly for players, coaches and staff.  Create new ideas to increase attendance and fan interaction, involvement and participation during the game.  Ensure all partnership/sponsor elements are fulfilled. This position reports directly to the President.
