Role Summary: A successful candidate will play a huge role in enhancing the fan experience by creating a welcoming and efficient shopping environment for guests at all Steel home games. The primary responsibilities are delivering exceptional customer service and generating merchandise sales throughout the event. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and supporting all retail operations at all Steel home games. We are seeking individuals who foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere and focus on providing the highest level of customer service for our fans at all home games.
