Position Summary:

Guest Services Public Skate Monitors will be responsible for supporting guest admission, skate sharpening, and on-ice skate monitoring during public skate sessions to establish a premium customerfirst and safe experience at Kraken Community Iceplex.

Responsibilities:

• Get your daily work out handing out and returning skates, handing out and returning skate aids, relacing skates, and sharpening skates (awesome skill to have)
• Be the ever-present Safety Ambassador on the ice during public skate sessions
• Recognize and report dangerous conditions/situations while on the ice
