As a Camp Manager, you are responsible for the overall organisation, safety, enjoyment and smooth running of the camp. You will lead a team of coaches, liaise with venues and head office, and deliver an exceptional experience for every child and parent.

This role requires professionalism, strong organisation, confident communication and the ability to uphold “The Activate Way” throughout camp delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Pre Camp
• Complete all Activate Camps training and onboarding.
• Review and understand the camp timetable and HAF curriculum.
• Prepare for site setup and staff deployment.
