The Head of Talent Acquisition will set the strategy and lead the execution for how we identify, attract, and secure the best talent to power our clubs. From building systems that allow us to scale, to developing pipelines for future leaders, to leading the most critical hiring decisions, you will ensure every hire raises the standard and strengthens our ability to perform. 

This role demands both vision and execution. You will influence executives on workforce priorities, shape an inclusive and disciplined hiring approach, and own the talent outcomes that define our future.
